01Acceptance of these terms

By visiting seobynoorfatima.com (the “Site”), contacting me through the Site, or hiring me for any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or my services.

02Services

I offer SEO services including on-page SEO, technical SEO, local SEO, GEO and AEO (AI search optimization), off-page SEO and guest posting, SEO blog writing and SEO copywriting. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are agreed with you in writing (by email, proposal or message) before work starts. Anything outside that agreed scope is quoted separately.

03No guaranteed results

Search engines and AI platforms such as Google, Bing, ChatGPT and Perplexity decide rankings and citations using systems I do not control, and they change often. I use proven, white-hat methods and will do my best for your project, but I cannot promise specific rankings, traffic, leads, AI citations or revenue, or a result by a specific date.

04Your responsibilities

• Give me accurate information and timely access (for example, your website, Google Search Console, Analytics and Google Business Profile) when the project needs it.
• Make sure you own, or have permission to use, the content, images and accounts you give me.
• Review and approve work within a reasonable time. Delays on your side can move the delivery dates.
• Keep a backup of your website before any changes are made.

05Payments and refunds

Fees, payment dates and payment methods are confirmed in writing before work starts. Unless agreed otherwise, work begins once the agreed first payment is received, and invoices are due by the date shown on them. Because my work is time-based and starts immediately, fees already paid for work that has been started or delivered are not refundable. If I cannot deliver what we agreed, I will discuss a fair solution with you.

06Content and ownership

Once a project is fully paid for, you own the final deliverables made for you (for example, articles, page copy and reports). I may keep a copy of the work and my own templates, methods, tools and know-how. You keep ownership of your own website, brand, logos and any materials you provide. Content, design and code on this Site belong to me and may not be copied or republished without permission.

07Confidentiality

I treat your business information, logins and reports as confidential. I will not share them with anyone else unless you ask me to, or the law requires it. Please share account access through secure methods, such as adding my email as a user, and not by sending passwords in plain messages where possible.

08Third-party tools and links

My work may involve third-party tools and platforms, such as Google products, SEO software, hosting and WordPress plugins. These have their own terms and prices, and I am not responsible for their availability, changes or outages. The Site may link to other websites; I do not control and am not responsible for their content.

09Using this Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully. You must not misuse the contact form (for example, by sending spam or harmful code), try to break or overload the Site, or copy its content to pass it off as your own. Information on the Site and in my blog is for general guidance and is not a promise of any result for your business.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost traffic or loss of business, that come from using the Site or my services. My total liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the fees you paid me for that project.

11Ending a project

You or I may end a project by giving written notice. You will pay for work completed up to the date of ending. I may pause or end work if payments are overdue or if the project would require methods that go against search engine guidelines, such as buying spammy links.

12Privacy

I only collect the details you give me, such as your name, email, website and message, to reply to you and deliver my services. Please read my Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

13Changes and governing law

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and the latest version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will first be discussed in good faith before any formal action.
