01Who I am

This page explains what happens to your details when you visit seobynoorfatima.com (the “Site”), message me, or become one of my SEO clients. The short version: I ask for only what I need, and I never sell it.

02Information I collect

I collect information in three ways:

• Information you give me: when you fill in the contact form, you share your name, email address, the service you are interested in, your website address (if you add it) and your message. If you email or message me, I also receive whatever details you include.
• Project information: if we work together, you may share access to tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics or your website. I only use this access for your project.
• Automatic information: like most websites, the Site may record technical details such as your browser, device, approximate location, the pages you visit and how long you stay.

03How I use your information

• Answering your message and sending the quote, audit or report you asked for.
• Doing the work you hired me to do.
• Seeing which pages people read, so I can improve the Site.
• Blocking spam and keeping the Site safe.

I won't add you to a mailing list or use your details for anything unrelated unless you ask me to.

04Contact form

When you send the contact form, a form service called Web3Forms passes your message to my email inbox. I use it only to write back to you. Please keep passwords and payment card numbers out of the form.

05Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small files stored on your device. The Site, the tools it runs on (such as WordPress and Elementor) and services like Google Analytics may use cookies to make pages work, remember settings and measure visits in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the Site may then work less smoothly.

06Who I share it with

Your details are never sold or rented. A few services handle them on my behalf, namely my website host, the form service, my email provider and analytics tools, and each one sees only what it needs for its job. I would also have to hand information over if a legal order required it.

07Third-party websites

You'll find buttons to my LinkedIn, X and Facebook profiles on the Site. Once you click through, you're on their platform, and their own privacy rules apply to anything you share there.

08How long I keep it

I keep enquiries and project information only as long as needed to respond, deliver the work and keep reasonable business records. After that, I delete it or keep it only where the law requires.

09Keeping it safe

I take sensible steps to protect your information, such as using secure (HTTPS) connections and limiting who can see project details. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

10Your choices and rights

You can ask me at any time to show you what information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask me to stop contacting you. Email me using the address below and I will respond as soon as I can.

11Children

The Site and my services are meant for businesses and adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent me information, please contact me and I will delete it.

12Changes to this policy

If my practices change, for example because I add a new tool to the Site, I'll update this page and change the “Last updated” date above. Checking back occasionally keeps you informed.
