SEO by Noor Fatima provides search engine optimisation (SEO) and related digital marketing services including but not limited to:
- SEO Audits & Strategy
- On-Page & Technical SEO
- Off-Page SEO & Link Building
- Local SEO
- SEO Content Writing
- E-Commerce SEO
- Monthly SEO Management
Service details, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a separate proposal or service agreement provided to each client.
3. No Guarantee of Rankings
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic numbers, or business results. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control including Google algorithm updates, competitor activity, and website history. We follow white-hat, ethical SEO practices and commit to continuous improvement toward your goals.
4. Client Responsibilities
To deliver effective results, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about their business
- Grant necessary access to website, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other required tools
- Respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner
- Ensure their website content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
5. Payment Terms
- All payments are due as outlined in your agreed service proposal
- Monthly retainer services are billed in advance
- Work begins only after receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing
- All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
6. Refund Policy
Due to the time and resources invested in delivering SEO services, we do not offer refunds once work has started. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. Refund requests before work commences will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice
- Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund for the current billing period
- Upon cancellation, all work completed up to that point remains the property of the client
8. Intellectual Property
All strategies, reports, content, and deliverables created by SEO by Noor Fatima for a client become the client’s property upon full payment. Our internal processes, templates, and tools remain our intellectual property.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all shared business information, strategies, and data confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
10. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Our services may involve the use of third-party tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others. We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or policy updates made by these platforms.
11. Limitation of Liability
SEO by Noor Fatima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the most recent billing period.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
